Warranty and Returns

RETURN POLICY:

The Skeleton Optics return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any pair of Skeleton Optics Sunglasses or Skeleton Optics Gear in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. 

Customer is responsible for any shipping cost for returns. 

All Skeleton Optics Products come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering defects.

Skeleton Optics warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Skeleton Optics lenses by Carl Zeiss Vision will void this warranty.

Please follow the steps below prior to sending merchandise for returns to Skeleton Optics: 

  1. Please click HERE and enter the requisite information.
  2. You will be given an RMA number, please save this for your records, we will refuse all shipments that are not clearly marked with this number.
  3. We'll send you an email confirmation once we receive and assess your return. 
  4. If approved, we'll send you a second email and shipping label will be generated.
  5. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed. 
  6. We do not exchange items, but you may reorder through Skeletonptics.com at any time.
